Heard the learned Advocates representing the respective parties. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the order dated 03/05/2023, passed by this Court in CA/14638/2022, in the application for withdrawal of amount of compensation, be modified to the extent of all the applicants and respondents No.4 and 5, being legal heirs of deceased original claimant Bhaskar Govind Shinde, who would be entitled for withdrawal of the compensation amount. He also seeks leave to correct the middle name of the applicant No.2.

In view of the above, the order dated 03/05/2023, passed in CA/14638/2022 stands modified and the respondents No.4 and 5 in CA/14638/2022 are also permitted to withdraw the compensation amount as directed by this Court in order dated 03/05/2023. The applicants are also permitted to correct the middle name of applicant No.2. The application is allowed and disposed of. 3.

The appeal is admitted. The respective Advocates waives service of notice in appeal.
