The present appeal is preferred by the appellant /original accused No.3, who has been convicted under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to simple imprisonment for one year and fine of RS.10,000/-. Considering the nature of offence, sentence awarded and considerable time required to hear the

criapln5544.16 appeal. I am inclined to allow this application. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Same bail to continue on furnishing fresh bonds. The applicant shall furnish the names and addresses of three close relatives with phone numbers and in the event of change of address, he shall inform the same to concerned police station and as well as this Court. With this order and direction the application stands disposed of.
