The learned Advocate for the Petitioner places on record a communication by the Deputy Secretary, State of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department, dated 14.02.2023, addressed to the Commissioner, Nanded-Waghala City Municipal Corporation. The same is marked as `X' for identification. In view of the said communication, the learned Advocate is instructed by the Petitioner to state that his grievance is redressed. He prays that this petition be disposed off in the light of `X' and the Corporation be requested to take a decision at the earliest.

The learned Advocate for the Corporation submits that this Court may grant at least three months.
