The applicants were permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent No.1/acquiring body, with interest accrued thereon by order dated 21.06.2023 in Civil Application No.4324 of 2023. The applicants are four in number. The office has expressed difficulty that the amount can be released and transferred to only one bank account. The applicants have expressed difficulty that they did not have joint account in any of the bank. Each one is having separate account. Applicant No.1 is presently residing in Jeddah. It is thus submitted that for that it would be difficult to all the applicants to open one joint account only for the purpose of disbursement of amount. It is further submitted that otherwise they will comply with all the conditions and they would furnish bank account.

Considering the above difficulty, the office is directed to disburse the amount to the applicants as per their share to individual bank account instead of insisting upon giving one bank account for all the applicants. The application is, thus, allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 03.

The Civil Application stands disposed off.
