1) The petitioner wants direction from this Court to the respondent, investigating agency, to register crime and to take further action against the persons mentioned by him in his so called complaint given to Police Station Gangapur, District Aurangabad on 7th October 2014.

2 Cr WP 1373/2014 2) If the petitioner has grievance that police are not taking action for any reason he can approach concerned learned Judicial Magistrate First Class. There he can file private complaint with all the papers and he can request for giving direction under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With that liberty the petition is disposed of.
