The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are issued with the tribe certificates of "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe. However, in the tribe certificates the spelling of the tribe was wrongly spelt as "Mannerwarlu". The petitioners applied for fresh tribe certificates with the correct spelling of the tribe. The Sub Divisional Officer directed the petitioners to submit the documents prior to the notified date.

The petitioners shall file on line application for correction of the spelling of the tribe in tribe certificates. The petitioners shall also deposit the original tribe certificates received by them with incorrect spelling with the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer after verifying the original tribe certificates issued by his office, shall issue tribe certificates to the petitioners with the correct spelling of the tribe within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of depositing the original tribe certificates. 3.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
