By way of this application, the applicant seeks declaration of result which is held by respondent No. 2 - Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. It is submitted that the applicant was permitted to appear for examination due to intervention of this Court vide order dated 08.05.2024. Now the petitioner is awaiting for his result.

Learned Counsel - Mr. P.P. More appearing for respondent No.2 opposed the request of the applicant. It is contended that the applicant is not entitled to appear for the examination as an additional attempt and declaration of result of final B.D.S. 1/2

As the petitioner is permitted to appear for the examination by our order dated 08.05.2024, respondent No.2 is directed to declare the result of applicant. 4.

The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - B. 5.

The applicant shall not claim any equity. The declaration of the result shall be subject to outcome of the result of present petition. 6.

List the main petition for further consideration on 13th January, 2025, high on board.
