By these civil applications, the Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad seeks extension of time by six months to comply with the orders of this Court, dated 13/01/2021, vide which, six months were already granted. The said six months expired on 13/07/2021. Despite dawn of December 2021, these civil applications are filed on 12/11/2021, seeking extension of time.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits on instructions, a compilation of five pages which are collectively marked as 'X' for identification. She submits that these civil
