Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed application for appointment on compassionate ground. The first application was filed by the petitioner on 03.10.2017 and subsequently again on 04.09.2019.

Learned AGP accepts for all the respondents.

In case the respondent No.5 is authorized to decide the applications filed by the petitioner (Exh. B and F), then respondent No.5 shall decide the applications filed by the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate ground on its own merits, preferably within six months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
