The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition is filed seeking directions to decide the proposals seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided. Because of the subsequent developments after filing of the petition, the proposal i.e. communication received by the institution for absorbing the surplus teachers. The said communication would be independently challenged.

Considering the above, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishdad, Beed shall decide the proposals seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided, if the same are pending with him on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
