1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is some shortfall in deposit of the awarded amount by the respondent no.1.
3] The respondent no.1 - Insurance Company to re-verify whether the entire amount in terms of the impugned judgment and award has in fact been deposited by it. If not, additional six weeks time is granted to deposit the

If according to the respondent no.1, correct amount has been deposited, the respondent no.1 to furnish a calculation sheet to the applicant in this application. If the applicant does not agree with the calculation, the applicant is at liberty to take out a civil application seeking for deposit of the additional amount. 4] The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount deposited by the respondent no.1 - Insurance Company in this Court by filing an undertaking that such withdrawal will abide by final orders in the appeal. The balance amount after withdrawal be kept in a Nationalized Bank in a fixed deposit.
5] The civil application is disposed of.
