Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

The execution and operation of the Award passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur in Land Acquisition References No. 928, 931, 930 and 929 of 1998 dated 06-09-2008, is stayed, till final disposal of the appeals, subject to depositing the entire compensation with accrued interest thereon by applicant No.1 within period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of this Order.
