Heard learned counsel for both sides.

This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent opposes the application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation on the ground that the claimant is an agriculturist. He can earn by doing agricultural work.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant sustained 32 per cent permanent disability, and therefore, compared to the disablement caused, the learned

For the reasons/grounds stated in the application, I am of the opinion that the applicant can be permitted to withdraw 75 per cent of the amount from the amount deposited in this Court.

Hence, Civil Application is allowed.

Applicant is permitted to withdraw 75 per cent amount of compensation deposited in this Court. Rest of the amount shall be kept in the fixed deposit in the Nationalised Bank initially for a period of two years and be renewed thereafter from time to time as per directions of this Court. 7.

Civil Applications is disposed of.
