Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The present appeal is filed by the State/Acquiring Body against the order passed by the Reference Court, granting enhancement of compensation from Rs.1152/- grated by S.L.A.O. to Rs. 4829/- per R. 3.

The application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited in this Court. As the compensation is enhanced four times, I deem it appropriate to permit the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court along with the accrued interest thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. 4.

Civil Application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of accordingly. 5.

Since the Appellant/Acquiring Body has deposited the compensation amount as directed by this Court, ad-interim stay granted earlier is confirmed. Stay application is disposed of.

Appeal is admitted.

On admission, learned counsel Mr. D.K. Thote waives service of notice for claimants.
