1] Both these applications are filed seeking stay to the execution of judgments and awards passed by the Reference Court.

2] Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in case the amount is not already deposited, then same shall

3] Considering the submissions advanced, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) in respective applications subject to deposit of the amount within 10 weeks from today, if not already deposited before the executing Court. Failure to deposit the amount within 10 weeks or if it is found that no amount is already deposited, the stay granted to execution of the awards shall stand vacated.
