We are not inclined to entertain a dispute as regards encroachment between private individuals. The Petitioners have already approached the Planning Authority, MIDC Aurangabad by tendering an application on 11.04.2023.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

Let the said authority consider the application of the Petitioners by following the due procedure laid down in law and initiate appropriate steps as may be permissible. Needless to state, this observation would be subject to the Planning Authority having the jurisdiction to deal with such application filed by the Petitioners.
