Applicants seek condonation of delay of 150 days caused in filing appeal against award passed by learned Tribunal under provisions of Motor Vehicles Act. 3.

Applicants state that applicants were facing financial duress and could manage amount required for

914ca11115.24 filing appeal with great difficulty. They are litigating to get just compensation towards accidental death of their bread earner. Reasons as stated in the application are not controverted by filing affidavit-in-reply. Hence case is made out to condone delay. Resultantly, application stands allowed.
