Learned Assistant Government Pleader tenders across communication dated 28-05-2019 from Director of Education (Secondary and Higher Secondary), Maharashtra State, Pune to Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik, referring to granting of approval to appointment of petitioner. Same is marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. 2.

In view of aforesaid, it appears that communication dated 27-11-2013 issued by respondent no. 2 - The Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik, has been rendered redundant and the purpose underlying writ petition gets worked out. As such, incidental consequences would follow in terms of communication in regard to payment of salary to petitioner.
