ORDER

(22nd March, 2025) 1.

Appellant is present along with his advocate. 2.

Parties have settled the dispute. Terms of the settlement indicate that the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- over and above the compensation granted by the Tribunal is payable to the claimant/appellant. Terms of settlement are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Appellant/claimant confirms his signature on the terms of settlement, which is duly attested by his counsel. Settlement is confirmed to be voluntary. In the facts of the case, settlement deserves to be accepted being reasonable.

At the request of the appellant/claimant, learned counsel for the 131-FA-2950-2024.odt

respondents undertakes to deposit the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the Tribunal within a period of six weeks. Tribunal to permit appellant/claimant to withdraw the said amount.

In view of this, appeal stands disposed of.

The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the rules. 6.

The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 7.

The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise. 8.

No order as to costs.
