Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of this criminal application, chargesheet has been submitted. The applicant has thus fled this application for amendment in the main writ petition seeking quashing of the criminal proceedings.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B' and accordingly disposed off. 4.
