Mr. R.R. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.5 submitted the proposal of the petitioner for approval as a Shikshan Sevak in respondent No.5 School. The respondent No.3, Education Officer pointed out some deficiencies in the proposal. The Management cleared the said deficiencies. Thereafter, proposal is yet not decided.

We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case the proposal sent by the respondent No.5 for approval of the petitioner, is pending before respondent No.3, after compliance of deficiencies as contended by the

petitioner, the Education Officer shall decide the said proposal on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months. Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
