Learned AGP places on record the order passed by Respondent No. 2, in respect of which the writ petition was filed with a prayer to decide the proposal dated 03.01.2025. Copy of the said order is taken on record by marking as Exhibit 'X'. Now the decision has been taken and it is against the petitioner. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to challenge the said decision. He, therefore, seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to challenge Exhibit 'X'.
