By this civil application, civil applicant i.e. original petitioner seeks amendment in the writ petition. Writ Petition is not yet admitted. 3.

We are therefore inclined to allow the civil application for seeking amendment in the writ petition.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).

Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today in the Court record as well as in the copies supplied to the respondents.
