The learned Advocate for the Petitioners, relies upon a fresh Government Resolution dated 2nd February, 2024, issued by the Finance Department of the State of Maharashtra, with the following subject:- "दि.०१.११.२००५ पूብኍ पभरती जादिरात/अधिसूचना दिन्ቇदित झालेल्या ्ቚकरणी शासन सेብኍेत दि.०१.११.२००५ रोजी िሗकብኍा त्यानंतर रूजू झालेल्या शासकीय अधिकारी/कचारी यांना कें्ቖ शासनाच्या त ብኍर जुनी दिनብኍृ्ቈी ብኍेतन योजना ला्ቇू करणेबाबत."

He submits on instructions that their grievance is redressed and this Petition be disposed off in terms of the options available under the said Government Resolution.
