No mistake apparent on the face of record is committed by this Court vide order dated 3rd April, 2014 while deciding the Civil Application No. 2450 of 2014 filed in First Appeal (St.) No.815 of 2014, seeking condonation of delay. There is no merit in the Review Application itself.

In the circumstances, there is no need to condone the delay. Present Civil Application no.14903 of 2015 is therefore dismissed.

Consequently, Review Application (St.) No. 30580 of 2015 also stands disposed of.
