Applicants seek condonation of delay of 236 days caused in filing appeal.

Perusal of reasons for delay shows that because of communication gap between applicants and her Advocate delay has been occasioned. 4.

Applicants are pursuing remedies for getting just compensation towards accidental death of their bread earner. 5.

In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out. In the result application stands allowed. Delay of 236 days caused in filing appeal stands condoned.

Appeal be registered.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to respondents returnable on 17.04.2025.
