We have called for the case papers in Civil Application Nos. 4345, 4347, 4348, 4349, 4350 and 4351 of 2022 and Contempt Petition Nos.150 and 152 of 2022, which are not on Board. By the consent of the parties, they are taken on Board.

By these Civil Applications, the Zilla Parishad has prayed for

( 2 ) cp3.22 extension of time by six months to comply with the directions of this Court dated 14.01.2021, issued in Writ Petition No.4817 of 2020. Considering the date of filing of the Civil Applications, six months' period is already over. 03.

As such, all these Civil Applications are disposed off with liberty to the Zilla Parishad to enter their affidavit-in-reply in all the Contempt Petitions which are not on Board and taken on Board at the request of the learned Counsel Mr.Kulkarni.

Since the Zilla Parishad has taken a stand that the minimum wages have been paid, by the actual employer of these petitioners, let the affidavit-in-reply indicate such payment with details and along with the revised scale of minimum wages as prescribed under the scheduled employment below the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. Let such affidavits be filed on or before 30.06.2022.
