On 25/11/2019, I had passed the following order :- "1.

The applicant wife prays for transferring HMP No. A-207/2019 from the learned Family Court, Amravati to the learned Family Court at Aurangabad. The distance is about 450 kms. The applicant has taken up job-work as a nurse at Aurangabad and her 3 and 1/2 years old girl child is residing with her.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 21/01/2020. Until then, the Trial Court would adjourn HMP No. A-207/2019. 4.

Copy of the application paper book, shall be supplied for issuing notice, on or before 03/12/2019, failing which, this application shall stand rejected without reference to the Court on 04/12/2019." 2.

Despite service of Court notice on 14/10/2019, no appearance is entered on behalf of the respondent/husband.

As it appears that the respondent is not interested in opposing this application, the same is allowed. Hindu marriage Petition No.A207/2019 stands transferred to the learned Family Court, Aurangabad. The applicant shall appear before the Court at Aurangabad on 30/03/2020. Notice shall be issued to the respondent for causing his appearance.
