Mr. Kadam, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos.2 and 4.

The petitioner is assailing the communication dated 6th October, 2021 for holding elections of APMC and it is contended that the elections of the Primary Agricultural Society should be held earlier. Mr. Kadam, learned counsel submits that respondent Nos.2 and 4 have abandoned the process of election of APMC Parola and would be taking the elections of Vividh Karyakari Seva Sahkari Societies earlier in point of time.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
