Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.200 of 2024 registered with Murud Police Station, Tq. & Dist. Latur, for the offences punishable under sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the applicant that the applicant assaulted the injured with sword. That caused injury to his finger. 4.

A quarrel took place on the road to approaching the well. The injured is in brotherhood of the applicant. The weapon allegedly used in the crime has been recovered. Antecedents to his discredit has no relevance with this crime. The applicant is languishing in jail for sufficient time. Hence, he deserve bail. Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

1822.2024BA.odt (ii) Applicant MITHUN TUKARAM RASAL be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He should not enter village Nivali, Tq. & Dist.Latur for one month from the date of his release.
