2] Mr.V.B.Virdhe, learned AGP for the appellant - State, Mrs.Manjusha Migkar, Additional Collector, representative of Collector Office, Beed, Mrs.Namrata Chate, Sub Divisional Officer, representative of collector office, Beed, Mr.D.R.Jayabhar, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 and Ms. Priyanka P. Shinde, Advocate holding for Mr.P.M.Shinde, learned counsel for respondent no.3 are present.

3] Learned AGP submits that as per the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/ Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and Government
