Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, under order dated 20.01.2021 in Writ Petition No.1135/2021 this Court had directed the Committee to decide the validation proceeding within three months from 01.02.2021. The same is not yet decided.

The admission process on the basis of CET examination has commenced and last date for submission of validity certificate is 08.12.2021. 3.

It is submitted that, vigilance has been conducted. The petitioner is served with the vigilance report. The petitioner was directed to appear on 22.10.2021. On that date, holiday was

(2) 123-WP-12728-2021 declared. Now no fresh date has been given to the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 24.11.2021 and file his say to the vigilance report on the said date. The Committee shall thereafter, decide the proceedings on or before 05.12.2021 positively.

Earlier the Committee has not adhered to the time stipulated. Now considering that, the last date for submitting the validity certificate is 08.12.2021, the Committee shall decide it by 05.12.2021. If the same is not decided by 05.12.2021, the Court will have to take serious view of the matter.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
