This Petition is filed seeking a writ of habeas corpus, for production of Madhuri Nimba Patil, who was allegedly in the custody of Chalisgaon Rural Police station.

Madhuri Nimba Patil is produced in the Court today. She states that, as per her wish she was sent to Ashadip Mahila Sudhar Gruha. She has expressed her desire to go with the Petitioner. Admittedly, she is major and she is entitled to go as per her wish.

3.

By production of Madhuri Nimba Patil, the Criminal Writ Petition has served its purpose and the same is therefore, disposed of.
