Taking into consideration the said judgment and order, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this petition, with liberty to exhaust the legal remedy as regards the claim for interest on amount of 'FRP' and communication by the petitioner to respondent no.1 dated 14.8.2024. Petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.
