This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present. None appears for the respondents. The learned advocate for the appellant submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. 2.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the MACT, Ahmednagar in MACP No. 163/2016.

In view of the withdrawal pursis (marked as "X") the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
