Both the petitioners are a married couple. Their grievance was pending before the Additional Divisional Commissioner at Aurangabad. Due to the change of policy, the proceedings have been transferred to the CEO, Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad. Same are pending adjudication. 2.

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that the pending proceedings would be decided on or before 31.01.2023.
