PER COURT :- It is informed that the petitioner has received caste validation certificate. However, before submission of the certificate to the concerned College, has admission has been directed to be canceled by order dated 26.9.2018.

It is informed that the admission process conducted by the admission authority is already over and there is no likelihood of substitution of the petitioner by any other candidate. Since the petitioner possesses a validation certificate, the order directing cancellation of his admission stands quashed and set aside. The petitioner shall submit the validation certificate to the concerned college within a week from today.

Writ petition is allowed in the above term.
