The grievance of the petitioner is that though the proposal of the petitioner to start a new Womens' College at Patoda, Dist.Beed in the faculty of Bachelor of Design has been recommended with positive remarks and fits into the perspective plan, the proposal dated 30.04.2022 is pending at the door step of respondent No.1. 2.

The learned AGP submits that this Court may grant a reasonable time to take a decision in this matter.
