This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.3,87,500/-. While granting interim relief respondent was directed to deposit 25% arrears of the maintenance. Accordingly he deposited Rs.3,87,500/-. 2.

Learned counsel Shri. Batule for the respondent submits that if at all this Court comes to the conclusion that amount deposited be paid to the applicants, the same be paid on furnishing the undertaking.

The amount of maintenance is paid by the order of the learned Trial Court for preventing vagrancy. Therefore, there is no propriety in taking undertaking from her. In this view of the matter amount of Rs. 3,87,500/- be paid to applicant No. 1.
