Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the criminal application no.2266 of 2020, charge-sheet has been submitted. The applicants are thus seeking quashing of the proceedings by carrying out the amendment in the prayer clause.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, criminal application no.2750 of 2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Criminal application accordingly disposed off.

Criminal application no.2266 of 2020 is adjourned to 13.12.2021.
