The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the proposal is filed by the Management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak. The same is pending with the Education Officer.

The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (page 15) is pending with Respondent No.1, then the Respondent No.1 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six months. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
