Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners have approached the Special Land Acquisition Officer for payment of rental compensation by filing application in September 2016 (Exhibit C). The same is not yet decided. 2.

In case the application is filed by the petitioners seeking rental compensation (Exhibit C) and if the same is pending with the authority, then the authority shall decide the same on its own merits

Writ Petition No.11357/2018 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within 9 months from today.

The parties shall appear before the concerned authority on 1st February 2019.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
