The second civil application is disposed of as withdrawn on instructions.

In the first civil application, learned Advocates for the respondents strenuously opposed the prayer for amendment to the writ petition, which has been admitted.

Having heard the submissions of the learned Advocates and having gone through the averments, it appears that the applicant desires to bring subsequent events on record. If the amendment is khs/JAN.2019/1168-d
- 2 - permitted, the respondents would be at liberty to oppose the amended portion of the petition by filing their additional affidavit in reply.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to introduce the proposed amendment from paragraph Nos.12-A to 12-D and prayer clauses D1 to D3 in the writ petition. Considering the size of the amendment, an amended memo of the petition shall be placed on record on or before 15/02/2019 with copies to the other sides who are at liberty to file their additional affidavit in reply with proper pagination, on or before 15/03/2019. 5.
