The applicants have prayed that the notices of respondent Nos.1 and 2 be published in daily newspaper as the earlier notices issued to them have been returned unserved for want of correct address. It appears that earlier attempts were made to serve them at the last known address of the claimants and since earlier application for issuing notices to them through paper publication is allowed, this application deserves to be allowed. However, the name of the newspaper is not appealing. Hence, the notices of the civil application as well as first appeal be issued to respondent Nos.1 and 2 in Daily Dainik Bhaskar, returnable on 02.12.2019.
