PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned A.G.P. appearing for the Respondent/State. 2.

Civil Application is filed praying therein for allowing the applicant to delete para 13 along with Annexure `N' from the Writ Petition. According to the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, though the statement is made in para 13 of the Petition that, the petitioner filed a short affidavit in support of the Original Application on 30th March, 2015, however, the said affidavit was not on record. Instead of allowing the applicant to delete para 13 of the Petition, we allow the prayer of the applicant to the extent of giving the clarification and further stating the actual and factual position by way of incorporating one more paragraph by way of amendment. Application is allowed to the above extent and the same is disposed of. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier on 12th October, 2015 to continue till then.
