Mr. Phatale, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year-2014. The Petitioner is appointed as Constable and he is now in the zone of consideration for the promotional post of Naik. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the Respondents.

The Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 08.12.2021. The Committee shall,

2 wp 12705.2021 thereafter, decide the validation proceeding within a period of three (03) months.

The Respondents may take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that may be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
