The learned advocate for the petitioner, therefore, submits that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition and pursue the remedy before the Civil Court.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn. Ad-interim relief granted by this Court stands vacated and the learned Civil Court is at liberty to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the pending Civil Applications are filed by the parties, who desire to intervene in this proceeding and they are parties to the joint compromise with the petitioner before the Civil Court. They are already before the Civil Court in the said proceedings. 5.

As such, all the pending Civil Applications would not survive and stand disposed off.
