Heard learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondent State.

It appears that vide order dated 9.10.2023, petitioner's vehicle has been released after deposit of 50% of penalty amount and filing of the undertaking to the effect that in the event, petition is dismissed, he would surrender the vehicle within a period of four weeks.

The learned AGP raised objection that petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing the revision before the State. 4.

In view of the objection raised, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition, however, prays that, interim relief, be granted and arrangement made under order dated 9.10.2023 be continued for a period of six weeks.

In that view of the matter, leave granted. Writ Petition stands disposed off with liberty to take up appropriate remedy as permissible under law. Interim arrangement made under order dated 9.10.2023 shall continue for the aforesaid period. 6.
