The parties present are identified by their respective Advocates. They admit their respective signatures/thumb impressions and further admit the contents of consent terms are recorded truely and correctly as per settlement arrived at between the parties. They submit that they have voluntarily entered in to settlement. 3.

Learned Advocates for parties submit that in terms of settlement the plaintiff has given up claim in suit in lieu of another 5 acres of land provided to her by wife of original defendant No. 1. 4.

In view of settlement arrived at between parties, both the appeals stand disposed of in terms of consent terms, which are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The decree be drawn up accordingly.

In view of disposed of appeals, all pending civil applications stand disposed of.
