2] The petitioner has placed reliance on the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Smt.Savitribai Narsayya Guddapa Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others [2016 [6] ALL MR 175], and submits that, the case of the petitioner is covered by the said Judgment.

3] It is submitted that, the petitioner has filed representation 16.08.2015 to the respondent Authorities to grant benefits to the petitioner, keeping in view the service record of the petitioner, and also the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Smt.Savitribai Narsapa [supra].

4] The Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take appropriate decision on the
